7 to 8 hours of sleep Eat nutritious foods from various food groups Don’t smoke or use tobacco 20-30 minutes of vigorous activity Do not use alcohol or drugs Maintain good weight Attitude also effect health Key is prevention- practice healthy habits to keep well and free of ailments
