The 30 signatures are ordered according to hierarchical clustering (average linkage) using the cosine similarity between signatures, such that similar signatures are displayed close together. The COSMIC signatures 6, 15 and 20 are shown in bold type to denote their association with MMR deficiency. The difference in the mutational profiles between one of the spontaneous lymphomas (case no. 4) and the other cases reflects the extremely small number of mutations identified in the lymphoma of case no. 4.
