3. Fonts Use Arial Bold font Use as large a font as possible

Main text lines: 24 point
Secondary lines: 18 point
Smallest text lines: 14 point
Anything below 14 is too small (e.g. 14 point)

4. Saving Your File Save your file with the name pattern
SP_presenter_n.ppt
S: Session number (T1, T2, T3…),
P: Paper number, n: Version
Example: T11_Smith Wang_1.ppt
