Click on ‘Open’ in the ‘Team Performance Reviews’ box.

Click the tabs to navigate back and forth between the performance and development plans.
Click the ‘Start’ tab for detailed instructions. Meet with your staff member to discuss his or her performance and development over the past year. You and your staff member can see each other’s comments at all times. Review the staff member’s objectives and write an overall summary of his or her performance over the past year and/or comment on each specific objective.

You and your staff member can see each other’s comments at all times. Review the development plan and write an overall summary of the staff member’s progress throughout the past year. Click the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the page to go to the sign off page.

Click the ‘Log out’ button at the top of the page to exit the system.
Click ‘Print report’ if you would like to print your review. Your staff member needs to sign off his or her review to complete the PDR cycle. When you’re ready, click ‘Sign off’.
