3 APPLICATIONS MAJOR TARGETS
GasCVD is a custody transfer devise to realize fair deal under calorific value determining. Especially in Europe, a lot of inlets as to natural gas from Africa, Russia, and East and West Europe. 4 1. APLICATIONS THE OTHER POTENTIALS
Combustion efficiency improvement for gas turbines Gas turbine manufacturers use gas chromatgraphs to measure gas composition for gas turbine. But gas chromatgraph needs a lot of time to analyze gas composition, the customers expect real time, fast response calorific value measurement to improve combustion efficiency. LNG satellites LNG satellites control gas calorie before providing the customers. A lot of calorimeters are used in the sites.

6 OIML R 140 and WELMEC compliant device
Can be used as a calorimeter or calorific value determining device (OIML R140 CVDD) for natural gas.

7 (2) Innovative structure compatible with various installation sites
• Unlike conventional gas calorimeters, GasCVD is innovative small and lightweight, allowing a variety of installation site choices. • Explosion-proof structure is compliant with IECEx and ATEX, and suitable for Zone 1 use.

8 (3) Revolutionary continuous measurement, and fast response
Can detect a change of calorific value in processes in near real time by measuring every 2s. The time constant for 90 % response is within 30 seconds (sample flow rate: 50 ml/min) resulting in very fast output of natural gas calorific value.

• Ambient temperature diagnostic function. Determines whether the operating environment is suitable, making use of a temperature sensor embedded on the same chip as the thermal conductivity sensor. • Operation time tracker function. Keeps track of the total operation time for comparison with the recommended replacement period (70000 hours) for the calorimeter. • Automatic calibration history check function. Shows up to 5 of the latest automatic calibration records to check changes in the calibration factor. Menu for diagnostics in HART ver.7.0
