3. Process Presentations To Date
In preparation for the Implementation a series of Process Presentations were held in August to help users understand the key changes they will experience.
The presentations included Screen Shots, New File Formats, New Case Event Descriptions, Key Impacts to users and the Current and To Be Process.

4. Process Presentations Next Steps
For those users who were unable to attend the original series of presentations, or would like a refresher, another round of process presentations is planned for the beginning of November 2014.
The latest presentations and a list of questions & answers raised to-date together with details of how to access the material or request an invitation to the next round of presentations will be published on the 10th October.

CMS Outage 03:30 – 22nd November to 08:00- 24th November.
