2. SMPS Interim Review 2012
Exit Reform full implementation from 1st October 2012
Draft SMPS to incorporate changes to reflect Exit Reform produced for 2012/13 annual review
These changes were not implemented at that time.
An Interim review is being completed to incorporate the impact of Exit Reform, to be live from 1st October 2012.
External consultation planned to commence on 16th July and run through 10th August
Plan to submit to Ofgem for approval 17th August
Plan to publish final version w/c 24th September.
2nd bullet: Not implemented than as business arrangements remained pre-Exit Reform for the 6 months from April 2012 to September 2012
3rd bullet: Review primarily driven by Exit Reform, but incorporates a number of other minor issues identified in previous review as well. So this is a good time to identify any further issue.
