Direct debit of Financial flows shall be done only based on provider confirmation’s of electronic payment;
The Direct debit takes place daily according to clearing bank process of the Central Bank:
payments received from till is debited and transferred to recipient accounts, during the second clearing from same day at 18.30;
payments received from till o'clock is debited and transferred to recipient accounts, during the first clearing of the next day at 14.30;

20. Payments made by the citizens:
MPay® - Payment of fees
No fees for citizens.
Payments made by the citizens:
having the treasury as a destination, the fees are covered from the State Budget;
having other destination than the treasury, the fees are covered by the Service Providers;
Payments made by the businesses:
At the sole discretion of Service Providers, the fees can be covered either by the service provider or by the payer itself.

21. MPay® - The Amount of fees
The fees set for Service Providers:
for each transaction made with non-card payment instrument (cash)- 1%, not more than 2,5 MDL and less than 1.00 MDL;
for each transaction made by card:
1.5% - domestic cards;
2.2% - foreign cards.
Platform fee – 1.20 MDL.
