25. Quarterly Assessments
Please see the District Assessment/ Data Meeting schedule to know when assessments need to be administered.
K-8 ELA and math quarterly assessments will be replaced with iReady assessments.
All other assessments need to be entered in eDoctrina.

Unit plans for all grades and subjects need to be entered in eDoctrina
Unit plans can be copied from year to year and then updated to save time and energy
Teacher SLO’s will be entered in eDoctrina on the Professional Development Day on 10/9.
The eDoctrina how to document is under the Teacher link on the District web page.

27. PDP Premier
Please request all professional development via PDP Premier.
Exception: I will enter large group PD
After your professional development request has been approved you must contact Mrs. Speicher for a sub.
Exception: I will give her sub requests for large group PD
If you experience issues with your PDP Premier account, you must contact Erie I BOCES for help (we don’t have access to reset passwords).

28. Process it
If you know you will be absent in advance, submit your absence request as soon as possible. Mrs. Speicher will get advance notice of subs.
If you have an emergency absence, you must enter the absence as soon as you return to school.
When requesting a vehicle, field trip, or iPad ap, all required fields must be entered.
If you do not enter all information the request will sit as a draft and an administrator will not receive the request.

29. Que Center
Please request rooms and technology via the event calendar in Que Center.
Please submit all technology issues via the Que center.

30. Take attendance every period every day in Powerschool!!!
