2. AdamBots 1st Place at Stoney Creek, and tied for 1st at Kettering
The AdamBots took 1st place and the Strategic Design Award at the Stoney Creek Competition last Saturday, and tied for 1st place, and won the Technical Excellence Award at Waterford Kettering on Thursday.
Their next competition is Saturday, November the 3rd at South Lyon East High School, from 9am to 3pm. All are welcome to come and watch the Robots compete.

5. ACT Prep Group
ACT preparation group in Mr. Wrinkle's room (154) this Friday.
It will be free in all respects. We will be starting with Science for the next several weeks and then possibly diverging into other subjects.

7. Senior Athletes
Attention senior scholar-athletes. Applications for the MHSAA $1000 scholarhships are available in both the Counseling and Athletic offices.

8. Girls Soccer
Attention all girls interested in playing soccer this spring! There will be an informational meeting today, Thursday, October 25th right after school in room 241, Mr. Hickey’s room! All information regarding tryouts and preseason activities will be given out at this time. Hope to see you there!

9. Attention Freshman, JV and Varsity soccer players
Attention Freshman, JV and Varsity soccer players. Equipment turn in will be Monday, October 29th at 2:45pm. All equipment must be washed and brought to the Auxiliary gym. Also, bring all of your fundraising money and any extra coupons that were not sold to turn in.

11. Attention all Football Players:
Equipment turn in for Freshman and JV will be after school on Tuesday, October 30 outside the Equipment Room. Varsity Equipment turn in will be on Thursday, November 1. 
All equipment pieces must be turned in and all uniforms MUST BE CLEAN or all, or a portion of your equipment deposit will not be returned!

12. Reflections Contest!
Anyone interested in competing in the reflections contest! The theme is “The Magic of A Moment…” Divisions include Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Musical Composition, Photography, and Visual Arts. Your entries will be due November 15, 2012!

13. The Crucible Tickets on Sale!
Tickets are now on sale for the Fall Play, The Crucible. You can purchase them in the cafeteria or in the main office.
$ Student tickets and $10.00 adult, Thursday November 1 at 7pm
$8 student senior and $10 adults Friday and Saturday November 2 and 3
