6. Grading percentage Quarter 1 – 45% Quarter 2 – 45% Semester Exam – 10%
What about tests? Quizzes? Labs?

7. Extra credit? I will not give extra assignments for additional credit.
HOWEVA – I will allow late assignments to be completed for up to 70%, but only up until the semester exam that includes that material.
I may give a bonus question every now and then on quizzes or exams.

8. Lab Safety Rules
Approved eye protection must be worn at all times in the lab.
Be a professional.
Don’t ingest anything.
Don’t touch any chemicals.
Know the location and operation of safety equipment.
Keep the lab clean and organized.
For all other rules, listen to Ms. Carlin 
