Jennifer: We should take a mobile phone in case of emergency.

8. George: I think, we should take a torch so that we can see well when it gets dark.
Jennifer and Mary: Ok. Good.
Tom: Then, Let’s start preparing these things for our camping.

We should take a mobile phone in case there is an emergency.
There isn’t any differences in meaning between these two sentences. However, they are different in form;
after ‘in case of’, we use noun or noun phrases.
after ‘in case’, we use a full sentence.
