In the corner of the upper margin...
Put A on the Front and B on the Back of the first page.
Put C on the Front and D on the Back of the next page.
Put E on the Front and F on the Back of the next page.
The next page starts with #1 on the Front.
#2 goes on the next blank page after we finish with #1 notes.
The title of each section goes in the Table of Contents & the Upper Margin of each page of notes.
