2. How to 'bulk' invite users to your Interest group
The Goal:
You have several users to invite into your Interest Group,
Grant him access one by one is too cumbersome,

Each user should have already an ECAS account, CIRCABC does not create any ECAS account

4. Administration > Bulk user invitation OR

How to proceed ?
From the IG main menu:
Administration > Bulk user invitation OR
From any Administration page:
Go to Information administration page > Bulk user invitation

5. How to proceed ? Download the empty template

6. Complete the Excel file

7. it's compulsory to complete one of the two fields : Username or email,

Optionally
You may complete both : Username and
First name, Last name are optional
Profile is optional (Can be assigned later)
If the profile does not exist CIRCABC will create a new one

8. Look for the template you have just completed Click on Upload Next
