Can you make an Easter hat?
Remember to bring your home learning into nursery on Thursday 4th April so we can share it with y0ur friends!

We will be talking about different celebrations and how some people celebrate Easter.
We will look at books/pictures of some Easter symbols (bunnies, eggs, chocolate eggs, daffodils, church)
We will be making some Easter nests with shredded wheat and chocolate.
We will be having an egg and spoon race in the garden

Tale time story:
The Three Little Pigs
For numeracy this week we will be focusing on the number 6 during our Number block sessions. We will learn to:
count up to 6 objects
count 6 claps and other actions
split 6 in different ways
learn to recognise the numeral 6
count who is 6th in a row of children or objects
We will also compare groups of objects, for example this rabbit has 4 carrots, this other rabbit has 6. Which rabbit has the most?
We will also learn to recognise dots on a die and match the amount of dots to actions (clapping, jumping etc..)
