1 Chattanooga Field Trip Information

2 We will leave McClure at 9:30AM
Bring a lunch and a drink with your name labeled outside. We will have lunch as soon as we arrive in Chattanooga, around 11:15. Bring a snack for the afternoon, we don’t return to school until 6:00. You may bring spending money for the gift shops.

3 Pick-up at McClure at 6:00 PM
Your may bring your phone or electronic device at your own risk. McClure is not responsible if lost. Suggestions You will want a light rain jacket. The high temp. is 68o with light rain. You may leave bags on the bus in your seat. You will not be able to return to bus after we arrive in Tennessee. Take anything you may need with you. Pick-up at McClure at 6:00 PM

4 Motor Coach Rules 1. Students may not sit in the front seats or the very back seats on the bus. 2. Remain seated while on the motor coach. Do not stand in seats or sit on armrests. 3. Limit bathroom visits to the most necessary.

5 Motor Coach Rules 4. Drinks must be in closeable containers. Water is recommended. Chocolate snacks are not allowed. 5. Chewing gum is prohibited on the motor coach.

6 1. Stay with your chaperone the entire time you are at the aquarium and IMAX 3D Theater, including inside and outside on the plaza. 2. Be polite and respectful to other visitors. 3. Walk at all times, DO NOT run.

7 4. Do not tap on exhibit windows, put hands or other objects in water, or feed the animals Do not eat, drink, or chew gum while in the aquarium buildings.   Follow directions at exhibits where you are allowed interact with the animals.

8 When someone is speaking, keep your eyes on him or her at all times
When someone is speaking, keep your eyes on him or her at all times. Be silent as they speak to you.   Say thank you to the guides and people that assist our group. There is no excuse for not showing appreciation. It would be nice to comment on how much you enjoyed the establishment or to tell the guide that you think the facility is very nice. Never insult an establishments personnel or building by making negative comments or insinuating that their establishment is not appreciated.

9 When we return, thank the chaperones and bus drivers for taking the time to take you on the trip.
Show appreciation to your teachers. Collect all trash from your area. Pick-up at McClure at 6:00 PM
