By the end of the lesson, the learner should be able to: Use knowledge of the benefits of Physical health education to perform exercises that can develop physical fitness

5. JUSTIFICATION
The topic:Benefits of Physical Health Education has always been taught theoretically by teachers. Competence Approach makes it more practical and learners are able to learn activities that they can use to enhance their level of physical fitness on a daily basis.

6. INTRODUCTION Learners to view the site:
to motivate them to do the skills before they go
to the field.
In the field:
Give general warm up to change mood of learners from class to field
Give specific warm up to exercise muscles learners will use in the lesson skills

Flexibility (song: head, shoulder, knees)
T balance(standing on one feet)
Box the air(use arms to box in the air)
Call rain(use fingers to call the rain)

team.
