4. The Training Levels of Qualification:
Level 1 Traffic Controller (Basic TC)
Level 1 Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS)
Level 2/3 Site Traffic Management Supervisor Non-Practicing (STMS–NP)
Level 2/3 Site Traffic Management Supervisor Practicing (STMS–P)

5. The most important Person!
STMS Must be Qualified appropriate to the level of road,
Have complete Responsibility for the Safe, Efficient and Compliant operation of all aspects of the Traffic Management Work Site (i.e. everything between the Road Works to the Works End, including the Traffic/Public Safety within the Work Area)
Responsible to undertake all Emergency Actions following any incident or accident
Have Authority to Postpone, Cancel or Modify any Traffic Management Operation or any Operation under their delegation that has an affect on Traffic!
Allow access or Order Off site any person for issue’s of non compliance or safety

Audits can be undertaken by any person with any authority towards to works who is appropriately qualified to the level of TTM being undertaken
An Audit checks the Standard of TTM installed against the legal & industry Standards setout within CoPTTM

Requirements dictated with MOTSAM & LTA Traffic Devices Rule 2004, MOTSAM, etc...
