14. Case Profile
On January 24, 2017 Woods Cross Police were contacted by Boise Idaho Police regarding a 17 year old female runaway. Boise Police believed she may be with a 30 year old adult male staying at a local Woods Cross address.
Woods Cross Police responded to the home in question where the juvenile female was located inside. The Juvenile was safely returned to her mother in Idaho. Through a multi agency investigation it was determined the male suspect had contacted the juvenile female through Facebook, making arrangements to go and get her from Boise to bring her back to Woods Cross.
A search Warrant was executed on the home of the suspect by Woods Cross Police. Several key items were recovered during this Warrant. The suspect was charged with multiple felonies.
