1. Steps of the Writing Process Day 1
Day 2 and 3 are continuing to write their draft days.

2. Drafting
We have learned about Prewriting and Planning and now we are going to learn about drafting.
When you write a rough draft: skip lines, cross out words or phrases- don’t erase, date and label your draft

3. Drafting Put thoughts, feelings, and ideas on paper.
Do not worry about spelling, grammar, capitalization, or punctuation.

4. How to get started… Look back at your flow chart.
Starting with the beginning, create a paragraph.
Paragraphs are 5-6 sentences long.
Make sure there is a Hook at the beginning.
