Purpose Introduce you to Global AIM concepts
From AIS to AIM Data integrity – “Chain of Custody” Global AIM goals Aeronautical Information Exchange Model (AIXM) History Concepts Tools for learning more In 2007 the focus was on introducing the global AIM Community to AIXM 5 – its design principles and approach. This year, we want to show you how AIXM 5 will enable global AIM modernization. We will do this by discussing AIXM 5: Implementations Concepts for operating in a digital AIM environment The results and plans for trials and experiments showing how AIXM enables global AIM Strategies for integrating AIXM into Aeronautical Information Management. Finally we are holding this meeting to reconnect with you, the AIM community. We request your feedback, questions and ideas.
