Shifting from competitive mindset to the cooperative mindset. Myth is that we are innately competitive, but actually, we are only competitive when our needs are not met. When our Maslow theory is met, our natural operating structure is to cooperate.

5 We’ve got to show young people how to help.
Show them exactly what to do, how to do it. Teach them!

Desire to help; simple, large scale. Call centres being overwhelmed… Desire to mobilise student body We realised we were talking to people, not moving silt.
