Faculty did not feel as though the estimated time to completion for each module reflected the actual amount of time they spent in that module. Primarily stemmed from Module 2 (Overview of Online Course Design & Pedagogy) and Module 3 (eLC Tools) Negatives Example survey data

10 Conclusions Important takeaways: Qualitative interviews revealed:
Overall, OLF program well-liked Need to adjust expectations for the time it takes to complete modules Qualitative interviews revealed: Face-to-face time highly valued Frustrations with eLC The length of the program could be increased Conclusions
