6 Wait...where is it? Bucktown is located on Chicago’s North Side, just north of Wicker Park, extending north to Diversey Avenue, with Fullerton Avenue and I-90/94 running passing through. Hey, there it is, I found it.

7 How do you get there? From Loyola’s Lake Shore Campus,
take a CTA Red line train southbound, and get off at the North/Clybourn stop, the first stop underground. To get around in Bucktown, there are several CTA buses, including the east/west 72 bus, to get where you need to go.

8 What did you do there? eat delicious food, obviously...
We went to The Small Cheval, a small burger and shake joint The Small Cheval is a smaller version of one Chicago’s famous restaurants Au Cheval, whose cheeseburgers inspire hungry customers to wait in line for hours (literally). We had burgers and shakes (their two specialities) and TOTALLY agreed with all the hype. Erin

9 How this experience relates to Chicago
We ate delicious food and Chicago is known for delicious food...so… But really, Chicago is known for its diverse variety and tasty food The Small Cheval was very hipstery- casual with a lot of young adults as customers, but we also saw a mother with her two young daughters sit down for burgers. I think Chicago has a similar mix of people: we’re very artsy but also very family-oriented. And that’s pretty nice. Erin
