12. Statistics and Future Plan The new car sales of small truck (not more than 1ton) were 9% of all new car sales. The largest share of fatalities in car accident was pedestrian as 39%. The half of frontal crashes was offset crashes. The number of neck injured persons by rear-end collisions were approx. 260,000. There was severe injuries on the head by pole side impact.
