Keep a running list of flash cards for our Word Wall Words: I, can, the, we, see, a, like, to, and, go, you, do, my, are, with, he, she, was, for, have, of, they, said, want, here, me, this, what!
We Are Learning About…
Reading: We will review the letters Uu (short sound), Gg, Ww, Xx and the sight words for, have, they, of, said, want, here, me, this, what. We will make predictions to help us understand stories better. We will utilize all reading strategies together to help us solve tricky words. Reading Essential Question: What do you see in the sky?
Writing: We will practice printing the review letters as well as writing a counting book about things we see in the sky!
Math: We will finish GoMath Ch. 9: 2D Shapes!
Science: We will delve deeper into The Solar System and space!
Social Studies: We will focus on map skills. We will also focus on the character trait Attentiveness as we prepare for first grade!

April 4th: A Happy, Healthy Me K Music Program 6:30pm; GoMath Ch. 9 Quiz
April 5th: Toucan Sight Word Assessment; GoMath Ch. 9 Test
