National Level Institutional-individual monitors – sample of Gram Panchayats in all district covered each year.
Research and Evaluation Studies.
JS led State Reviews
Common Review Mission – once a year, covering 12 States.
Transaction based MIS; EFMS; PFMS.

4. State Review Visits Team of four persons under AS/JS/C/EA/Adv.
Members drawn from different Divisions.
2 day visit
One full day of field visit
2 districts to be covered – 2 member teams.
Look at all programmes in 2 Gram Panchayats.
Visit Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana.
