One student stands in front of a table on which there is a blank sheet of paper. The other student serves as an observer. The standing student moves his or her right foot continuously in a clockwise direction making circles on the floor. While making this foot motion the student then writes a large 6 on the paper. As this is being done the observer should carefully watch the movement of the student’s foot. Most of you will not be able to continue to move your foot in a clockwise direction while writing in a counterclockwise direction.
