3 Why is your health important? If you practice healthy habits, it can mean: Better Grades More Energy Sick Less Happier

4 Just like a new car… Your body needs fuel and maintenance. What happens when a car runs out of gas? What happens if you dont change a flat tire? What happens if the car sits for too long?
