The expression profiles of the 14 genes identified by Glasso were examined by qRT-PCR of RNA extracted from euhydrated (control) and dehydrated (DH) 12-week-old male SD SON. Of the original 14 genes in the Glasso network (Fig. 2A) 10 had significantly different relative expression levels.
