Parachlamydia acanthamoebae strain Hall's coccus within Acanthamoebae castellanii. The cell wall of P. acanthamoebae (in green) was stained with mouse anti-Parachlamydia antibodies, whereas its DNA was stained with 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI).
