2 Log on to www.izimpondo.awards.co.za using your ID and password

3 Select APNUR Credit Report
This will only be available when there are credits to be allocated

4 Select the month that you require (ignore the No Credits can be allocated message at the top – it will display for the current month)

5 This screen will show you:
How many credits you have available The allocation “rules” Who you may allocate to (this is dummy information for training purposes)

6 You can now allocate either by inserting the % of available Credits you’d like to award, or the number of Credits

7 If you try to submit before allocating at least 90% of the credits, you will receive an error message.

8 Once you have completed your allocation, click on Allocate

9 You will receive confirmation that your allocation has been successful.
These credits have now been awarded to the individual’s AwardPoints account and are ready for spending. They will receive an SMS to let them know.

10 If you wish to query the Credits that have been allocated, please select this option and send us an with your query.
