The business world is constantly evolving -- as is Project Management. From Six Sigma to Agile, processes and methodologies have become as diverse as the fields that employ project managers.
Over the past decade, we have seen a transformation in the role of a project manager. “The Evolution of Project Management” will address this shift from tactical to strategic project management. In this conference, we will explore what this means and how we can prepare ourselves for these new challenges.
Our keynote speaker, David Houle, is a futurist, advisor and speaker, who is always slightly ahead of the curve. In his keynote, “Leading and Succeeding in the Transformation Decade”, David will look at the Transformation Decade and the incredible changes that are and will continue to occur between now and He examines the rapidly changing workplace to explain why project management will become the dominant corporate language and which qualities of leadership and management will be essential for success.  .
