3. Workshop Arrangements
Our objective is to assist new users to make best use of this guidance
The event (s) will be hosted at the Joint Research Centre, Ispra, Italy.
Space will be limited and thus Member States are asked to identify one delegate per country. Our intention is to provide “train the trainer” sessions so that attending delegates can then provide their own briefing sessions at a domestic level
At the sessions, experts from the drafting group will be on hand:
to deliver training on both the tiered approach and the optional Discharge Test software
offer a “surgery” to consider problems using worked examples (Member States will be invited to submit potential case studies in advance)
The drafting group will then offer a “helpdesk” service to assist with subsequent queries
