For example, Host Towns will: - Host pre-game training camps - Cheer on NZ teams at Tokyo Welcome athletes and people from NZ - Conduct exchange activities between Olympians/Paralympians and locals before/after the games - Invite guests from NZ to visit and learn about each other’s culture What is a Host Town? →An excellent opportunity to further develop  existing ties 4
