Fig 1 Non-contrast CT scan of the orbits demonstrating a hyperdense extraconal lesion consistent with haemorrhage in the superomedial aspect of the globe. This lesion is causing proptosis of the right globe and inferior displacement of the optic nerve, superior and medial rectus muscles, and superior oblique muscle.
