Mission:
Reduce the cost of shipbuilding through effective projects centered on training and development, human resources, change management and technology transfer.
Ensure that all NSRP panel projects reflect a consideration of issues regarding project implementation, especially around human interactions.
Continue to seek opportunities for collaboration with other NSRP panels and other organizations
