2. OIC Lgov-NSW Tender team
1 Require members to be fully paid up Participating Project members of OIC
2 Submit Response outlining members prepared to participate in Consortium
3 Require those members to provide their own submission
4 Require faxed signed copy of “Memorandum of Consortium Participation”

3. Memorandum of Consortium Participation
1 Members agree to abide by the dispute resolution committee of the OIC LZIG Lgov-NSW Local-e project team
2 That team will comprise 5 people who are members of the project team and 2 people not involved with the project team
3 The chairman will be one of the people not involved with the project team
4 The members will agree to on-going training and accreditation for NSW Government mandatory requires for e-contract
5 The members will agree to a fixed fee contract on the understanding that there is on-going performance royalties
