Teacher view - 9 pilot programmes Semester A Post-pilot survey & follow-up Preparing student view for Sem. B Electronic Voting Systems Training revised for different levels of experience Transition to Help Desk support Support for next purchase round and software upgrade School ‘Champion’ & admin. roles strengthened Strand B project utilised Disability mini-project Re: focussed support for EVS users – dividing workshops into new and experienced users, working towards critical mass of users Champions – regular meetings, talking head videos, bulletin updates Help desk increasing level of support offered following their own training and redevelopment of their advice sheets, LTI aiming to decrease support, help desk monitoring calls through ‘Engage’ system Student view – yet to be planned fully
