Supplementary Figure 5 Set of plasmids used in the in vivo antiswitch characterization studies. pTARGET1 and pSWITCH1 were used in single antiswitch-single target studies and pTARGET2 and pSWITCH2 were used in multiple antiswitch-multiple target studies.
