Fig 1 Flow of participants. Concentric/concentric test: 3 movements of concentric action of the shoulder abductors and adductors alternately at a speed of 60°/s in an ROM of 90° (45°–135°). Concentric/eccentric test: 3 movements of concentric action of the shoulder abductors followed by their eccentric action at a speed of 60°/s in an ROM of 90° (45°–135°). The same test procedure was performed on 2 occasions (days 1 and 2) separated by an interval of 7 days, and the same technician conducted the tests for each person on days 1 and 2.
