Small counter (size: 35” x 24”) and chair
Monitor (32”)
Electricity outlet
Wired internet connectivity (one cable)
Logo signage (above the monitor) 
Equipment: Each participating company is responsible for bringing its own company equipment (including a computer) to the event. Please be mindful that all equipment MUST fit within your workstation. Monitors (32”) will be provided -- VGA and HDMI cords will available if the request has been received in advance.
Pod Seat selection will begin next week: Based on membership category and sign-up date

4. Presentation
Poll update – note please send your responses no later than Friday, 20 Jan
Presentation type – current status: a tie
Interest in speaking – current status: 3 out of 12 have an interest in speaking
Only one volunteer so far; more are needed to help with this portion
Presentation schedule: Recommend keeping any and all presentations on Tues and Wed (evaluating specific time blocks on those days now)

Marketing ideas We don’t have much in the budget for giveaways. Open to individual company giveaways. Also looking into to giving attendees a raffle ticket for an item such as Iwatch or other (again, depending if there is enough in the budget for such an item). Open to other suggestions.

5. Registration
List of booth staff will be distributed to the group next week
Any extra booth staff pass options will be announced next week; Allocation on a first-come, first-served basis.
Complimentary Show Passes—XE7WASISA. Please share this code with your customers and prospects.

6. Flyer and Press release
CTI Interop Showcase Flyer – Any volunteers to help with:
Crafting the showcase messaging in the flyer
Graphic designing (designing the flyer – note: printing will be handled by OASIS)
Press Release – Call for Quotes
Foundational and Sponsor members participating in the RSA Interop and Showcases may submit a quote (75 words or fewer) in support of your demo. Your quote will be included in the body of the press release. Please quotes to me by Tuesday, 7 Feb. Be sure to include a name and title at your organization for attribution.
Contributors: If you represent a Contributor-level member, and you wish to be quoted in the OASIS RSA press release, please contact me immediately for information on changing your membership level to Sponsor.
