9 Context - Market Which of your services are under pressure? Do you need to improve/get out? What opportunities exist for you to extend the services you offer, especially in high performing areas? GROW

10 Context - Shapers The context in which you work is shaped by forces further away and influential to varying degrees Government Regional Government Local Government Government agencies How do you best influence them and where is your time best spent?

11 So… You have to want it, say you want it, have the staff, Management Team and Board that want it, deliver it and keep on doing more You can never stand still/never be complacent, every day is a new day. You have never arrived and are continually learning. It takes time, effort and commitment and involves making a difference every day Build the people, the Brand around you, turn every threat into an opportunity and remember if it was easy they wouldn’t need to employ you!
