Canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) showing the correlations among soil edaphic factors and microbial communities from each sample type. Canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) showing the correlations among soil edaphic factors and microbial communities from each sample type. ANOVA tables show the significance for the CCA model. CCA panels show samples colored by vineyard. Dots represent 2012 samples and triangles 2011 samples. The bar charts show taxa for which abundances were significantly different among leaves and grapes in comparisons of 2011 and 2012 samples (Bonferroni-corrected single ANOVA, P < 0.01). The Mantel test was used for calculations using data from bulk soil samples to study the edaphic factors correlating with the bacterial community.
