You can see that we consistently have performed better than we anticipate in 2018………….and hope to do better that the $1.95 in 2018, but Mother Nature is the primary driver of our success on this – and secondary is the activity in our buildings…………recognized in the mornings now. This project was a resounding success for many factors – primarily we have a fantastic landmark facility to work with. Other major contributing factors include the right contractor for the size and scope – extremely diligent Sheriff security team – Judiciary and staff extremely understanding of the project work disturbance which avoided night work.
