Baker & Associates Our Process. We ask the hard questions. What problem(s) are we trying to solve? How will the solution improve the situation? What is the value in resolving the problem? What is it going to cost to fix the problem? Is the value of resolving the problem more than the cost to fix the problem? Can resolution of the problem generate positive cashflows? Who is willing to bear the cost of the solution? Is this a business opportunity? CRD#141472
