Analyze current structure and generate recommendations for special education endorsements, taking into consideration national standards for educator preparation and student learning; national practices; and relevant research.

Begun the process of rendering recommendations

Brought together different group representatives

Be patient- working with a variety of community stakeholders means patience.
Be persistent- continue to keep the end goal in mind
Be flexible- reconfigure and regroup as needed
Keep the goal in mind-raising academic outcomes for all our students
