How to Create School System Admin

Step 1 Important: Use the “SCHOOL SYSTEM ADMIN’S” LIS Account

To proceed, Click “Administration” button.
Step 2 Main page: To proceed, Click “Administration” button.

Click “Manage Personnel” button.
Step 3 Click “Manage Personnel” button.

Step 4 Personnel lookup Page: There are two ways to search for a personnel either by Username and TIN or by Name Admin

Type-in the name of your ICT/School System Admin and click Search.

Step 6 Click the “No this is correct. Create new record” Button, click “New Record” to create a new personnel account.

Accomplish all the required fields and Click “Create” to continue.
Step 7 Accomplish all the required fields and Click “Create” to continue.

Step 8 And lastly Provide a “Username” Click “Add Role” Select “Schools System Admin” and your done. Note: A newly Created account’s Username is his/her Default Password until their first login, because the system will prompt you to change your default password. Ex: Username: abcd Password: abcd
