For each enterprise, imputation of PRODCOM previous figures are used (n-1). (In June there aren’t data for the year (n) in the SBS).
December
For each enterprise, imputation of PRODCOM previous figures are used (n-1).multiplied by the rate of change of sales (of SBS) between year (n) and (n-1).
If there are no information on SBS the imputation is like June.

7. II. ESTIMATION of NON-RESPONSES
With no answer in PRODCOM previous year(n-1) nor (n-2))
Industrial enterprises
June
The PRODCOM structural sales distribution - in each NACE (survey answers) is used to apply to SBS (n-1) at enterprise level. The average price calculated for each product in NACE gives the quantities sold for each enterprise. The relation between quantities sold and produced for each product gives the quantities produced at enterprise level.
(In June there aren’t data for the year n in the SBS).
December
Now the procedures are similar as done in June, but the SBS information is based on year (n).
Non Industrial enterprises
Nothing is done. Maybe the enterprise doesn’t have the industrial activity already .
