5. Land Donation Summary:
Land: Four separate parcels for the PnR lot and right-of-way along SH 402 and the SB on-ramp totaling 238,555 square feet at $0.95 per square foot.
Permanent Easements: One parcel for the detention / Stormwater quality pond southeast of the new PnR totaling 104,823 square feet at $0.95 per square foot.
Improvements: None.
Temporary Easements: Two separate parcels for the area around the new PnR and the temporary PnR access road totaling 238,830 square feet at $0.19 per square foot.
Damages/Cost to Cure: This item includes compensation due to the loss of farmland and the costs associated with the removal and relocation of a portion of the existing agricultural irrigation system.
